Property Maintenance Manager

The Lake Santee Property Owners Association is currently accepting applications for

Property Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities include:

Performing routine maintenance on property grounds and roads. Provides direction for employees responsible for the upkeep of buildings and grounds. Oversees the repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery.

Responsible for modifications to structures as directed. Works with vendors and monitors inventory of supplies.

Organizes work, estimates worker-hour requirements and delegates work to employees in the maintenance department.
